Sited right in the heart of McGregor Square, Caldero balances intimate indoor and outdoor dining experiences with sweeping vistas of the city lights. Deeply inspired by rural Mexican architecture, centuries old brick and hammered copper catch dappled light during the day, while the vaulted stainless steel ceiling is illuminated like a lantern at night. The atmosphere is established by the sights and scents of the open-air kitchen, while guests dine on classic, elegantly crafted American fare.
