To maintain the element of familiarity of a deeply rooted and popular restaurant, the design team referenced iconic elements from the original restaurant including large murals, butcher block paper covered tables, and large menu boards while still maintaining the vibrancy and lightness of the new urban location.

The restaurant's layout creates a dynamic flow through the space, with varied seating arrangements that accommodate both intimate dinners and larger social gatherings. Warm wood tones and strategically placed pendant lighting create pockets of inviting ambiance throughout, while expansive windows flood the interior with natural light during the day and frame the bustling urban square at night.
